Vaughn Stephen Overstreet

Vaughn Stephen Overstreet, age 75, of Boone North Carolina passed away date August 10 2026

Steve was born in Indianapolis, Indiana August 2 1951, to Vaughn and Marianne Overstreet. He was a graduate of Butler University and worked for more than 30 years as a systems analyst for Wells Fargo Bank.

He spent his free time outdoors, riding his motorcycle, hiking and traveling around the country. He was a lifelong learner, an avid reader and enjoyed listening to jazz and bluegrass music. 

Survivors include his sisters, Kaja and Rosemary, his daughter Kyle and his granddaughter, Madeline.
