Stephen Travis Obituary

Stephen Travis, 65, passed away on December 17, 2025. He was born on July 20, 1960, to Samuel Travis and Carolyn Bowden Travis.

Stephen was preceded in death by his mother Carolyn Bowden Travis.

Stephen is survived by his father, Samuel Travis of Boone, NC, and his brother, Ward Travis of San Mateo, CA.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Austin & Barnes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with services following immediately thereafter. Graveside services will be at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
