Robert Ragan Obituary

Robert ‘Bob’ Ragan, age 85, passed away January 6, 2024 in Greensboro.

Bob, a native of Watauga County, was born May 21, 1938 to the late Carter and Maude Ragan. He served in the US Navy for 6 years. In Greensboro, he worked as a manager for an apartment complex.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, George Ragan and sisters, Helen Brown, Mary D. Cook and Paris Winebarger. Bob is survived by a special friend, Ellen Morton of Greensboro, a sister-in-law, Wilma Ragan and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Bob Ragan will be announced and held at a later date.
