Peggy Ann (Brown) Trivett

Peggy Ann (Brown) Trivett, age 90 of Boone, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
She was a native of Watauga County and the daughter of the late Wilby and Ona Brown.
She was a graduate of Appalachian High School and worked for many years with Dr. Gene Reese DDS in Boone.
Peggy was a member of Greenway Baptist.
She adored her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and everyone in Watauga County.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, William Trivett; a son, Craig Trivett; a great grandson James Eugene Trivett, and also twelve siblings.

She is survived by two sons, Anthony Trivett and wife Paula of Thomasville, and Steven Trivett of Boone; one daughter, Lisa Anderson and husband Kenny of Boone; one daughter-in-law, Donna Trivett of Banner Elk; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in Greenway Baptist Church, Boone. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the church.
