Kelly Eugene Woods, Sr., age 74, of Fleetwood, NC passed away Wednesday morning, November 5, 2025 at Forsyth. Kelly was born on December 25, 1950 to Kelly and Irene Woods in Besoco, West Virginia.

Kelly is survived by his wife Susan Woods of the home, two sons, Eugene Woods (Tobi) of Glendale Springs, NC, Jason Woods (Emily) of Laurel Springs, NC; one daughter, Rebecca Woods (J.R.) of Boone, NC. Grandchildren, Kelley, Brandon, Tyler, Coner, Westen, Addyson, Krystal and Lily. Great grandchildren, Torynn, Levi, Kolter, Camden and Harper. Two brothers, Kenneth Woods of West Jefferson, NC, Robert Woods of Fleetwood, NC, Two sisters, Doreen Butler of New Castle, Delaware, Sheila Medley of Fleetwood, NC. Many nieces and Nephews.

Kelly loved his family and friends.

No services will be conducted.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Woods family to assist with all expenses.
