Florence Marie and Marshall David Hodges

 Florence Marie Hodges and Marshall David Hodges were born into the arms of Jesus on September 28th, 2023. Baby girl Florence greeted Heaven at 9:39am. Baby boy Marshall was born at 11:50am and spent a peaceful 18 minutes in his mother's arms before joining his sister at 12:08pm. Great comfort is taken knowing that the two are together and we will one day see them again.

Peace is found knowing Florence and Marshall are with God along with their great-grandparents Kermit and Sarah Jones, Blaine and Audrey Bard, Glen and Ruby Lane.

The twins are loved and survived by their parents, Adam and Jecca Hodges of Crumpler; Grandparents David and Pam Hodges of Vilas and Mike and Susan Bard of Crumpler; great-grandparents Finley and Linda Hodges of Vilas; Aunts and Uncles Nathan and Brittany Hodges of Vilas, Duane and Allie Taylor of West Jefferson, Ethan and Mikey Woodie of Purlear, Jacob Humphries and Kathryn Bard of Pilot Mountain; First cousins Paisley and Cooper Hodges of Vilas; and along with a number of great aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Celebration of Life service will be conducted Thursday evening, October 12, 2023 at 6:00 at Austin and Barnes Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Lonnie Jones and Rev. Jeff Wilson. Family will receive from 5:00-6:00 prior to services at Austin and Barnes.
