Eloy Oquendo, age 82, born December 1, 1942 in Puerto Rico to Antonio and Maria Luisa Matias Oquendo.

He was head of maintenance at Sachem Central School District in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY.

Mr. Oquendo is survived by his wife Angeles Oquendo, children Desiree (Forrest) Sturlin, Dennis (Brandie) Oquendo, Eliezer (Vicki) Peltz, Eloy Oquendo, Jr. Luis Oquendo, Tara Oquendo, Kevin (Stephanie) Oquendo, Natasha (Cesar) Grado, Tanya (Yamil) Alvarado and Daniel Oquendo; grandchildren Amber, Brianna, Isaiah, Noah, Juniper, Carmella, Casandra, Vanessa, Ricky, Jameelia, Jessenia, Angel, Aaliyah, Ka’mari Eloy, Estefanya Mia, Kaiya, Luana Felix, Isabella, Valentina, Asher and Isaac.; great grandchildren, Avaya, Nora, Lily, Eloise, A’lani, Alise, Amour and Amina.
