Donald Olander Obituary

Donald Paul Olander, age 86, passed away at home on September 13, 2026. He was born June 24, 1940 in Boulder, CO and retired as a Chemistry professor from Appalachian State. He will continue to be remembered for his love of his family and friends, and as a lifelong Nebraska Cornhusker fan. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Friends of the Watauga County Public Library.
