Brenda Marie Harmon

Brenda Marie Farthing Harmon, age 76, of Sugar Grove went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Marie was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father Edgar and mother Genieve Farthing, her husband Dennis Beryl Harmon, brothers Dwight and Darrell Farthing and son-in-law Jimmy South.

She is survived by her two daughters, Freida VanAllen and husband Greg, and Brenda South. One son, Ricky Harmon and wife Debra. One sister, Linda Bunton and two brothers Richard and Victor Farthing. She is also survived by six granddaughters, one grandson, seven great granddaughters and two great grandsons.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in Zion Hill Baptist Church. Pastor Daniel Lawrence will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior the services in church. Internment will follow in the Harmon Family Cemetery.
